when you are talking to someone and telling them about the CP and they voice the common objections. i personally like to have a conversation woth folks, not just read a script. but on the other hand i dont like to be caught of gaurd with a response that is likely to be a common one.
How can you call yourself a true American if you have not read the Founding Document?

Conman, I really see the Constitution Party as a second party - we are currently ruled by a one party system! The Democans, errr Republicrats, errr Democrat/Republicans - whatever they are - they both want the same thing. They want more control and more power. They believe that the government can solve our problems, the CP believes that the government needs to be smaller, so We the People can solve our problems.
I understand the objections to a "3rd party", that it takes votes away from one of the major parties. The problem is. neither the Dems or Repubs have demonstrated any commitment to keeping our federal government constitutional. For every unconstitutional bill/action pushed by the Democrats, we could find an unconstitutional bill/action pushed by the Republicans. Neither party is committed to the Republic defined by our founding fathers in the Constitution.

Stop voting for the lesser evil, because its STILL EVIL!
