Fire the Czars

Since when do we have czars in this country? Can someone tell me where the constitution mentions czars as part of the branches of Government? It is time to Fire the Czars. I am going to call the White House and ask three questions to see if maybe they can tell me..

1. Where did the President get the authority to hire 35 czars?
2. Why were these czars not vetted and voted on by the congress and senate like other cabinet members?
3. Who the hell....is paying for these LOONS and what exactly are they being paid to do?

Fire the Czars.....is the next clarion call...this is not Russia...this is the United States of America...even though the President and his Czars do not care much for it....we the people do.
